The City Municipality of Ljubljana has committed to gradually achieving climate neutrality by 2030 as part of the Mission 100 initiative for climate-neutral and smart cities.

For this purpose, they have prepared various measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and organized workshops in areas such as energy, transportation, waste management, circular economy, built environment, green infrastructure, and nature-friendly solutions.

As representatives of 3DIVERSE, we participated in the workshop on energy and the built environment in September, actively contributing new proposals for measures to achieve climate neutrality.

Kick-off meeting

The Kick-off meeting for the 3Diverse was hosted by project coordinator KSSENA on the 6th of October 2022 in Velenje, Slovenia. In addition to the all-project partners, also project officer Daniela Bachner from the European Commission attended the meeting.

Enhancements to local energy concepts

Enhancements to local energy concepts, the workshop that our partner Laboratory of Energy Policy (UL)  participated in was organized within the LIFE IP CARE4CLIMATE project, which is an integral project co-financed by the European LIFE Programme, the Climate Change Fund, and the partners; KSENNA, Jožef Stefan Institute Energy Efficiency center, Ministry of Environment, Climate, and Energy and Focus, Association for Sustainable Development.

The third 3DIVERSE Newsletter is now available!

We're happy to announce that we've released a third newsletter summarizing what's happened in the last six months of 3DIVERSE project.

One of the significant highlights was the 4th 3DIVERSE General Meeting in Ljubljana, where the consortium's members gathered and presented the tangible successes achieved in various segments of the project over the previous 18 months, which also marked the project's midpoint.
